Hunslet is an inner-city suburb in south Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It is 1 mile southeast of the city centre and has an industrial past. It is situated in the Hunslet and Riverside ward of Leeds City Council and Leeds South parliamentary constituency. The population of the previous City and Hunslet council ward at the 2011 census was 33,705.
