Beautiful and easily accessible. We had just gotten done swimming at Sliding Rock, otherwise we would have gotten closer and enjoyed the swimming hole and spray but maybe next time!Full review by wheelerwagon

If you are active and Dr allows safe exercise for you and your baby, then it would probably be fine. Also, I hope your doggy doesn’t pull you when on a leash. You will need to hold the rails and go slowly if you decide to go. Personally, I would have done it when I was young and pregnant. Just be careful and enjoy!

I wouldn't recommend going at night. I think it's closed after a certain time. You could always find a nice stream or river off of a trail near the falls. As for the time of day, I'm not sure
