Legal advocates fighting the president's order to restrict citizenship from babies born to certain immigrants are turning to class action lawsuits to stop his policy.

A federal judge again barred President Donald Trump 's administration from enforcing his executive order limiting birthright citizenship nationwide after the Supreme Court restricted the ability of judges to block his policies using nationwide injunctions.

At Trump's direction, the administration has come up with plans to reduce staff at the US Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Health and more than a dozen other agencies.
