August is here, and while Nintendo Switch 2 owners are still blitzing through Donkey Kong: Bananza, the latest Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase gave us a better look at third-party titles coming in 2025 and beyond.

As it turns out, the Big N isn't done with inflating prices, as this time around, the company has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 1 system will get a price hike in the US! This new price will take effect later this week on August 3, so if you plan to pick up the original Switch, you might want to do so now.
