A new piece of legislation is aimed at making Hershey's Kisses the official state candy of Pennsylvania. Earlier this week, House Bill 1030, better known as the Hershey Kiss Bill, passed with overwhelming support.

Arizona manager Torey Lovullo was ejected in the eighth inning of the Diamondbacks game at San Francisco on Wednesday, and moments later returned the favor to the umpiring crew. Lovullo got ejected for arguing an obstruction call in the bottom of the eighth inning of the Diamondbacks’ 8-7 victory over the Giants.

The Hershey Kiss is one step closer to becoming the official state candy of the Commonwealth after a previously introduced bill moves to the Senate. A bill originally introduced by Representative Thomas Mehaffie (R-Dauphin) has moved into the Senate after passing through the Pennsylvania House.
