Jacksonville has hired James Gladstone for the role, the team announced on Friday afternoon. "It's my honor to introduce James Gladstone as the new General Manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars," Jaguars owner Shad Khan said in a statement released by the team.

After a long and expansive interview process, the Jacksonville Jaguars have at long last found their new general manager. The position will be filled by James Gladstone, who previously served as the Los Angeles Rams' director of scouting strategy.

Gladstone had spent the last eight NFL seasons working in the LA Rams’ front office. He is the latest addition to the Jaguars’ new leadership structure that has Sean McVay and the LA Rams’ fingerprints all over it.
