The Minnesota Timberwolves have the Los Angeles Lakers on the brink of elimination in the 2025 NBA playoffs. The Timberwolves are up 3-1 in the best-of-seven first-round series after a thrilling Game 4 win on Sunday afternoon in Minnesota.

Luka Doncic recorded 38 points, while James had 27 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists, three steals and three blocks. Unfortunately, their efforts were not enough, as the Timberwolves took advantage of the Lakers' 10 turnovers and scored 19 points off them. The Lakers' bench was also outscored by the Minnesota bench, 25-6.

Minnesota's Anthony Edwards scored 43 points and made two free throws with 10 seconds left to secure a 116-113 win.
