Paramount and Park County had inked a temporary extension with HBO Max while they negotiated a new streaming and overall deal.

The HBO Max and "South Park" streaming partnership is coming to an end. The animated series from Matt Stone and Trey Parker will exit the WBD platform on Aug. 5, marking the end of a five-year run as the show's U.

South Park' is leaving HBO Max after five years, following Paramount's deal securing exclusive rights to the animated show.
