Daryl and Carol are on the final leg of their world tour. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon has been renewed for a fourth season, which will be the last for Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride‘s Walking Dead spinoff.

Last year, Walking Dead franchise executive producer Scott M. Gimple, who joined Reedus and McBride in EW's Comic-Con studio this year along with Daryl Dixon executive producer David Zabel, told EW it was his "fervent hope" to be able to reunite characters from across the extended franchise.

Walking Dead czar Scott M. Gimple believes the franchise can endure for upwards of another 15 years, so long as the characters remain great.
