Elon Musk just floated the idea of bringing back short-form video service Vine in "AI form," and everything about that sounds like garbage.

Elon Musk announced Thursday that Vine, the once-popular short-form video app, will return in a new format powered by artificial intelligence. The announcement, made in a brief post on X, offered few detailed but confirmed the project is in development. "We're bringing back Vine, but in AI form," Musk wrote.

Twitter introduced Vine in January 2013, allowing users to share small snippets of video that were six seconds or less.
