A 29 year-old man has been arrested and charged with starting the blaze that became the Palisades fire, which killed 12 and destroyed more than 6,800 structures in Los Angeles in January.

According to court documents, Trayvon McCabe withdrew his previous plea of "not guilty" and plead "no contest" to possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person. The judge sentenced McCabe to four to seven years in prison with credit for time served.
