Lil Nas X ditched his tighty-whities before being hospitalized and arrested, a new video shows. In shocking footage obtained by TMZ, the “Rodeo” rapper, 26, could be seen walking down the middle of the road completely naked, shouting song lyrics and making hand gestures as cars passed by.

The rapper, whose legal name is Montero Lamar Hill, was detained last week while wandering the streets in his underwear.
