A woman who accused Mike Tyson of raping her in a limousine in 1991 is dropping her lawsuit against the former heavyweight boxing champion, according to a letter filed in U.S. District Court.

According to the letter, dated March 7, the woman is "voluntarily discontinuing this Action with prejudice," meaning the lawsuit cannot be refiled. The parties later filed a signed stipulation of voluntarily dismissal,
