Sweden came from behind with a four-goal display to beat ten-player Germany and win Group C. Sweden came from behind to defeat Germany 4-1 and win UEFA Women's EURO 2025 Group C.
Sweden and Germany battled it out for top spot in Zurich and it was the Scandinavians who ultimately prevailed. A bizarre handball from Germany's Carlotta Wamser saw her sent off in the first half and that allowed Sweden to stroll to a 4-1 win.

A shambolic 4-1 defeat to Sweden did not stop Germany from qualifying for the Euro 2025 knockouts. But it further revealed a number of significant issues that coach Christian Wück must address quickly.
