CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The National Weather Service has issued a lake effect snow warning for parts of Northeast Ohio. The lake effect snow warning goes into effect for Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake counties starting at 1 a.m. Thursday. That warning is set to expire at 7 p.m. Friday though that is subject to change.
Another arctic blast is on the move toward the U.S., bringing the potential for bitter cold and heavy snow accumulations to Ohio.
