For the second time, a Jacksonville Jaguars player has won Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, an award that annually recognizes an NFL player for outstanding community service activities off the field, as well as excellence on the field.

Arik Armstead, a defensive lineman for the Jacksonville Jaguars, has been awarded the 2024 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award. Armstead took home the honor on Thursday night at the NFL Honors ceremony held at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans.

Sacramento-area native and Jaguars defensive lineman Arik Armstead has won the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award for the 2024 NFL season.
