New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields has already made a strong impression on head coach Aaron Glenn. Glenn called Fields' confidence "unshakable" on Saturday, per Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic.

“Coach Glenn has done a good job of consistently pushing his message throughout the locker room,” backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor said. “The guys are fired up, week in and week out, day in and day out, to put the best foot forward. ... It’s about the work that you put in day in and day out and we’ve been intentional about that.”
