BLOOMINGTON — Indiana women’s basketball got tripped up at Assembly Hall on Thursday night in a disappointing 68-54 loss to Illinois.
Indiana women’s basketball’s incoming freshmen Maya Makalusky and Neveah Caffey were named McDonald’s All-American nominees, according to McDonald’s All-American Games’ Instagram post Wednesday. Makalusky and Caffey will learn if they are McDonald’s All-Americans when the final roster with 24 players is released in late January.
