The New England Patriots and head coach Mike Vrabel have lured defensive assistant Zak Kuhr away from the New York Giants.

According to ESPN’s Mike Reiss, Frank Piraino and John Streicher, Vrabel’s former strength coach and football research director with the Tennessee Titans, could be joining him in New England.

The New England Patriots continue to build their coaching staff around Mike Vrabel, who is back as head coach after serving as a consultant during the 2024 season. Vrabel has reportedly made a decision on offensive assistant Ben McAdoo.

The Patriots should make a trade or two this offseason in order to beef up the offensive line and the weapons around franchise QB Drake Maye.
