Replay showed that the foot of Warriors big man Trayce Jackson-Davis landed on Edwards ankle, leaving the 23-year-old sitting on the floor holding the joint as play went on. Edwards was later helped to the locker room, with trainers preventing him from putting any weight on the bad ankle.

In the first half against the Warriors in Game 2, Edwards tallied seven points with four rebounds and three assists in 15 minutes.
