A body was found inside a vehicle that was pulled from Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Thursday, according to police. Police said they received a request to extract a vehicle from the water around 10:30 a.m. in the 500 block of East Pratt Street.

Baltimore police said the underwater recovery team received a notification about a possible submerged vehicle near East Pratt Street around 9:30 a.m. Once there, a team found the vehicle 22 feet underwater and with human remains inside it.
