Hundreds of Iowa City residents descended on City Park to honor John Lewis by making "Good Trouble" to protest President Donald Trump's policies.

Demonstrators have taken to the streets across multiple states on Thursday to protest President Donald Trump’s Administration in a day of action honoring the late civil rights icon Rep. John Lewis, with more events planned across the country in the evening.

A couple hundred people assembled in downtown Grand Rapids on a sunny and pleasant Thursday, July 17, evening for the “Good Trouble Lives On” protest against President Trump.
