Jack Ciattarelli won the GOP primary in a landslide. Now he’s hoping that nearly a decade of practice running in the state will help him flip it in November. “All gas, no brakes,” Ciattarelli declared on election night.

Jack Ciattarelli is in his third run for governor, and he came within three points of beating Gov. Phil Murphy (D-NJ) in the state’s 2021 gubernatorial election.

The contest is expected to be an early national bellwether for voters’ views in the first year of Trump’s second term.
