The organisers of Serbia’s EXIT festival have launched a funding campaign, named Save EXIT Freedom, after public co-funding and government sponsorships were withdrawn.

In a letter, MPs have urged the government to formally recognise comedy as an art form, a move that could unlock wider access to public funding for the sector.
