The Franklin County elections this past week saw voters make several moves when it comes to elected positions from Winchester to Estill Springs.

City officials have announced that the Public Works Department will soon begin its FY25/26 fall and spring road surfacing projects, which will consist of six miles of paving and resurfacing.
