The holiday season is here! All throughout North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad, communities are celebrating the start of the holiday season with parades and tree lightings. To help you get into the spirit,

Here is a list of Christmas parades planned for the Upstate area of South Carolina.

– The 63rd annual Christmas Light Parade in downtown Paso Robles will take place Dec. 7, starting at 6 p.m. This year’s parade theme, “Sleigh Bells Ring, Are You Listening,” is sponsored by H & R Block and Bank of the Sierra.

Nov. 22 – Chilhowee Park & Exposition Center – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. – Christmas at Chilhowee Presented by Xfinity: This free event includes the lighting of the tree, a hayride, pictures with Santa, and beautifully decorated vehicles.
