PARK COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) - A contract was finalized Friday, Feb. 14, for Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) to acquire a 120-acre property in Park County to be Colorado's newest State Wildlife Area.
Deputies say numerous other neglected livestock animals were found on the property and taken into protective care.
Noah Saldo, the previous city clerk, will be filling in the role after Stuart Turille Jr. resigned at the Board of Alderman meeting on Feb. 13.
The goal is to create a more easily accessible community by using enhanced trails, sidewalks, bike lanes, and roadways.
