A flash flood emergency was declared in Davenport, Iowa, and surrounding areas on Friday, July 11, as heavy rainfall inundated the area. This footage was captured by Roland Glembine, who said that it shows two men inspecting a partially submerged car and finding it to be abandoned.

The water is rising again in the same areas devastated by the catastrophic flooding along the Guadalupe River in central Texas.
