A person was injured in a stabbing near the Portland South Park Blocks on Sunday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Three people were arrested late Saturday and early Sunday after the Portland Police Bureau declared a riot near the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building.
