Corey Adams, a freshman defensive end for the Ole Miss football team, tragically died after a shooting in Tennessee, according to reports. He was 18.

Ole Miss freshman Corey Adams died from gunshot wounds on Saturday night in Tennessee. According to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Adams, 18, was found in a vehicle after a shooting took place around 10:14 p.m. in a Cordova, TN neighborhood. Life saving measures were attempted by the deputies, but Adams was pronounced dead at the scene.
