Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s accusers, has died, her family said in an April 25 statement. Giuffre, 41, died near her home in Neergabby, Australia. The cause of death was suicide, her family said in the statement.

Giuffre — who became the most prominent victim of late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein — died by suicide Friday, her family confirmed. She was 41.

Virginia Giuffre, who spoke out against Jeffrey Epstein and Britain's Prince Andrew, "was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking," her family said.
