This twister remains one of the most surprising we've seen. It formed from what looked to be a dying supercell thunderstorm that was rapidly shrinking in size both visually and on radar. The brief spin-up nature of this one (dust is faintly visible on the horizon about halfway through the clip) suggests that there was some conservation of momentum going on or something similar as the meso shrunk and tightened up at the end of this storm's life-cycle.
