Staff stayed in touch with her family and when their van broke down, the Auto Trades Foundation got involved. All MCPS schools and offices are closed Monday, Jan. 26, and Tuesday, Jan. 27, due to inclement weather. MCPS is operating under Code Red both days as crews continue snow and ice removal.
