We are pleased to announce 📣 Blue Line is reopened! During the wind storm on December 19th a fallen tree severely damaged one of the bridges on Blue Line. After working with the @cityofpomo an environmental assessment was conducted and TORCA was approved to work on rebuilding the bridge.
