Dairy-Free Coconut Custard Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk 4 egg whites 2 tbsp grade b maple syrup 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp coconut flakes to garnish *optional* Directions: In a small saucepan, heat coconut milk on low until warm. Add in egg whites and syrup. Whisk until the mixture starts to get creamy. Remove from heat and set aside to settle. Whisk in the chia seeds and top with coconut flakes!
