HATARI! is a 1962 adventure/comedy film about game catchers in Africa starring John Wayne. The theme song for the film was written by the great Henry Mancini (Pink Panther, Moon River, et al). It’s an interesting piece of music consisting mostly of melody and very little harmony, with a sort of plodding rhythm carrying it along.
