Hofwyl Broadfield Plantation was established in 1807. It was a rice plantation in Brunswick, Georgia. It later became a dairy farm. After the last descendants of the Dent Family passed away, the State of Georgia got possession of Hofwyl Broadfield Plantation and made it a state park.
