The release of surveillance video has people in St. Louis buzzing about an attempted kidnapping the weekend before Halloween. On Oct. 29, as two young parents crossed a St. Louis street carrying their 11 month old, a man in the gray hoodie walking alongside suddenly tries to snatch the child. He fails, and the father takes off after him. Police say the suspect also hit an 82-year-old woman with a glass bottle, breaking bones in the process. Video from KMOV and CNN Newsource.
