The Nepenthes flowers attract many visitors. This is the first time I've seen a flower beetle (this one is Protaetia fusca) though they probably access the flowers at night (and do end up in pitchers on occasion). I was too slow to film it on the actual flower, but you can see it searching the rachis for sugars. You can also see a couple of ants including rattle ants (Polyrhachis sp.) and black house ants (Ochetellus glaber?). I had to stop when the wind got too strong to keep the flower in view
