Immediately following the extinguishment of a commercial structure fire in Williamsburg, James City crews were notified of smoke within a structure located in Station 2's First Due area. Based on reports of heavy smoke emanating from the structure, Battalion 3 upgraded the response to a structure fire. Upon arrival, Engine 21, assigned as the first due engine, deployed hoses. Chief 5 assumed command upon arrival and interior crews reported they located the fire and were working on extinguishment
