UPDATE: The Philippine Space Agency and the Philippine Coast Guard confirmed the launch of China’s Long March 12 rocket on Aug. 4, with debris projected to have fallen off Puerto Princesa and near Tubbataha Reef. The PCG reported hearing five loud explosions in eastern Palawan and spotting a visible condensation trail linked to the rocket launch.
