WOW 😲 Security camera video captured what appears to be an arson at a daycare center in Rockdale County. According to Keisha Archer, the owner of Starr Kidz Academy 2, the fire started around 10 p.m. Monday. Video from inside and outside the building was able to capture a man starting the fire.
