This spring break, we partnered with Seattle Housing Authority to bring 15 youth from Seattle's High Point community on a field trip around the Southwest Precinct, Mounted Patrol Barn, and Harbor Station. Our goal was to showcase the various units & services that the Seattle Police Department offers, build community relationships, and provide the youth with a memorable experience to decompress from their day-to-day school learning.
